You may cancel or modify an order anytime it has not been packaged or shipped. Once your order has been packaged and is waiting for pickup, we will be unable to cancel or modify it.

All purchases must be returned within 21 days of purchase, unworn with tags attached and receipt included. If you are shipping it back, the ship date must be within 21 days of purchase. You will be notified once the return has processed, typically within a week. 

We ship everything via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages typically take 5-7 days to arrive once they ship, however due to current COVID-19 circumstances, USPS may take slightly longer to get your package to you. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info.

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

Orders over $100 pretax will ship free.

Shipping for orders under $100 will be charged a flat $8.00 fee.

We can arrange for free curbside pickup if you are local to the north Lake Travis area.
